Mann UCLA Community School

Prepare to Return to Campus, updated 4/19

On April 26, 2021, Mann UCLA Community School’s campus will once again be open for in person learning. To maintain safety, students and their families must complete a set of protocols to ensure that the campus is ready to accommodate your student safely.

Student & Family Checklist

  1. Confirm that your student is attending in-person through the district survey. If the survey is now closed, please call the school’s main office to begin the process of opting in to on campus learning. Please note that it make take up to two weeks to process your request for your student to start on campus classes.

  2. All students must complete a COVID Test to ensure that they are negative for COVID-19. A flyer with locations and times is posted below.

  3. Once a negative COVID-19 test result is confirmed, students need to go to dailypass.lausd.net to obtain a Daily Pass that will allow them on campus. Instructions for how to access Daily Pass are posted below.

  4. The Daily Pass contains a QR code that must be presented at our school entrance, before each school day.

  5. Students will arrive at school between 8:30 AM-9:00 AM. Students will present their Daily Pass and get their temperature checked (contactless). Students must wear a mask the entire time they are on campus (except to drink water and during breakfast/lunch).
