The LAUSD School Experience Survey is now open!
The School Experience Survey is an annual survey administered in the fall to all LAUSD schools. Survey results provide schools with important feedback from teachers, staff, students and parents. If you have any questions about the School Experience Survey, please send an email to schoolexperiencesurvey@lausd.net or call (213) 241-5600.
Families, students, and staff members can take their surveys online! It should take no more than 15 minutes. When the survey prompts you to select your school name, please select “Mann UCLA Comm Sch (7574).” Use the links below:
PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY: Today you will be completing a survey about your experience at your child’s school. The information from this survey is used to help the school community learn how best to serve the needs of its members. As part of the school community, your opinions are important. All responses are confidential so no one from your child’s school will know how you responded. This survey is voluntary and there are no right or wrong answers to these questions.
The Fall 2022 School Experience Survey Window will be administered from Monday, October 24th through Friday, December 9th, 2022. Students and staff will, as always, take their survey online and all parents are strongly encouraged to take the online survey as well to protect the health and safety of everyone (parents who are unable to take the online survey should contact their child’s school to get a paper copy of the survey).
Note: If you have more than one child at this school, please complete one survey only.
PROPÓSITO DE ESTA ENCUESTA: Hoy completará una encuesta sobre su experiencia en la escuela de su hijo. La información de esta encuesta se utiliza para ayudar a la comunidad escolar a aprender cómo servir mejor a las necesidades de sus miembros. Como parte de la comunidad escolar, sus opiniones son importantes. Todas las respuestas son confidenciales por lo que nadie de la escuela de su hijo sabrá cómo respondió usted. Esta encuesta es voluntaria y no hay respuestas correctas o incorrectas a estas preguntas.
La ventana de la Encuesta de experiencia escolar de otoño de 2022 se administrará desde el lunes 24 de octubre hasta el viernes 9 de diciembre de 2022. Answer the questions based on your experiences this school year at the school that asked you to complete it, not your experiences with the district overall or another school where you might also work. Questions about staff or adults at the school refer to ALL staff — administrators, teachers, teaching assistants, counselors, and all other certificated and classified staff.
