Greetings Mann UCLA families! Welcome to our virtual Back to School Night. Tonight, you will be visiting your student’s teachers virtually by following their bell schedule. Please ensure that you have access to their class schedule so that you are ready to enter each class at the correct time.

Pre Back to School Night Checklist

Here are some preparation suggestions to ensure you have a smooth virtual Back to School Night.

Print out/write out your student’s schedule, complete with Period #, Teacher’s Name, and class name. (Your student’s schedule can be found on Schoology).
Have a copy of our Back to School Night schedule (listed below).
Download Zoom on your computer. We suggest using a laptop or computer rather than a phone or tablet.
Log on before the night to test your connection, camera, microphone, audio, and setup.

Imprima / escriba el horario de su estudiante, completo con el número de período, el nombre del maestro y el nombre de la clase. (El horario de su estudiante se puede encontrar en Schoology).
Tenga una copia de nuestro horario de Noche de Regreso a la Escuela (que se enumera a continuación).
Descarga Zoom en tu computadora. Sugerimos usar una computadora portátil o computadora en lugar de un teléfono o tableta.

Schedule

Our evening will begin at 5:00 PM on Zoom. Please follow the schedule to the right to ensure that you attend the correct session for each of your student’s classes.

There will be a 3 minute transition period between each class. Please follow the order stated in your student’s bell schedule to ensure that you get the correct information for each class (all teachers teach different class subjects).
